Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer
inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Manage the end-to-end order process: order
entry, order tracking, and customer updates.
- Coordinate with internal departments
(production, logistics, design, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and
quality compliance.
- Maintain accurate customer data and order
history in the system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer
complaints, concerns, and feedback.
- Prepare and share regular order status updates
with clients.
- Support account managers and the commercial team
in managing key accounts.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with the
warehouse for replenishment where needed.
- Ensure timely invoicing and documentation for
dispatches.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply
Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer
service within the textile/garment/packaging/accessories industry.
- Strong understanding of production cycles and
order management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order
processing software.
- Excellent communication skills – written and
verbal.
- High attention to detail and customer-first
attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
Desired Attributes
- Industry-specific knowledge of trims, tags,
labels, or garment packaging is a strong advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive
approach.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing client needs.
