Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
  • Manage the end-to-end order process: order entry, order tracking, and customer updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, design, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and order history in the system.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, concerns, and feedback.
  • Prepare and share regular order status updates with clients.
  • Support account managers and the commercial team in managing key accounts.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse for replenishment where needed.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and documentation for dispatches.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service within the textile/garment/packaging/accessories industry.
  • Strong understanding of production cycles and order management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing software.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
