Duties
and Responsibilities
Coordinating
the office Administrator duties including:
- Performing book
keeping services such as invoicing.
- purchasing
office supplie
- preparing and
raising payment vouchers
- overseeing
maintenance of office equipment
- coordinating
office meeting and seminars
Requirements for Appointment
- Be a Kenyan
citizen
- Bachelor’s
Degree in business related field (Economics, Information & Technology,
Administration or its equivalent from a recognized university
- Three (3)
years’ experience in the relevant field.
