Jocham Hospital is seeking to hire a competent Chief Administrator to lead and manage the overall operations of the hospital. The
ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient
healthcare delivery, coordinating resources, and overseeing administrative
functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure
that all departments function smoothly.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital
services and operations.
- Manage hospital budgets, financial reports, and resource
allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Supervise administrative staff and support professional
development through training and mentoring.
- Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care and
operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison with external stakeholders and regulatory
bodies.
- Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business
Administration or any other relevant field
- Post graduate qualification in healthcare management, Hospital
Administration, Hospital Planning, Public Health will be an added
advantage
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role
in a hospital.

- Knowledge of insurance industry and concepts
- Financial Management and budgeting knowledge.
- Knowledge of industry compliance requirements and quality
assurance concepts.
