Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate workshop and Head Office reports.
- Coordinate HR documentation including JDs, interviews, contracts,
and leave records.
- Manage filing, archiving, document control, and mail distribution.
- Monitor stock levels and support procurement processes.
- Maintain manual stock records and GRNs.
- Support compliance, safety reporting, and inspection tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate in Business Administration.
- 5 years experience in a busy workshop environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and administrative processes.
- Flexibility to work in Nairobi, Kisumu, or Mombasa.
