Assistant Admin Job in Kenya - Mini Group

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate workshop and Head Office reports.
  • Coordinate HR documentation including JDs, interviews, contracts, and leave records.
  • Manage filing, archiving, document control, and mail distribution.
  • Monitor stock levels and support procurement processes.
  • Maintain manual stock records and GRNs.
  • Support compliance, safety reporting, and inspection tracking.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Certificate in Business Administration.
  • 5 years experience in a busy workshop environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety and administrative processes.
  • Flexibility to work in Nairobi, Kisumu, or Mombasa.
