Job Purpose
- This position is responsible for collecting,
analyzing and interpreting statistical data to departmental decision
making and operations. support
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing statistical reports, charts and
summaries for internal and external use;
- Designing, maintaining and updating statistical
databases and dashboards; Interpreting statistical analysis for policy
development;
- Assisting with research, dataa displaying,
forecasting and performance analysis; gement in and Offering support to
employees and management in analyzing and interpreting data;
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data used
for reporting purposes; Generating basic statistical reports and
summaries;
- Assisting with data collection, entry and
quality control;
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to
support departmental needs;
- Verifying data for inaccuracies and applying
statistical methods to address such limitations; lata for in

- Ensuring data integrity, quality and compliance
with ethical and regulatory standards;
- Creating charts, graphs and visualizations to
communicate data insights;
- Addressing data quality issues and developing
solutions to ensure reliability and validity of results;
- Collaborating with departments to identify data
needs and ensure data accuracy; and idantify dat

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Statistics) with three( 3)
years working experience as an Administrative Assistant Grade VIII or its
equivalent;
- Must be registered with relevant professional
body and in good standing;
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications

The
appointment to the positions of Senior Procurement Officer, Senior Estates

satisfactory completion of six (6) months probation period and subject to
