This is
a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Associate based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Customer Care
Associate will handle queries and concerns efficiently, monitor customer
satisfaction, and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive customer
experience.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer
Support, and Customer Service
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage
effectively with clients and resolve inquiries
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer
interactions and address concerns proactively
- Experience in working collaboratively with teams
and maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship tools or
CRM systems is a plus
- High level of adaptability, problem-solving
capabilities, and reliability
- Previous experience in a call center role or a
customer service environment is advantageous
