General:
- Undertakes research on a range of HR related
issues and prepares notes/reports;
- Assists in the preparation of information
circulars for HR related issues;
- Provides general office support services;
processes, drafts, edits, proofreads and finalizes for signature/approval,
a variety of correspondence and other communications; performs budget
preparation input monitoring and implementation in SAP, etc;
- Generates and prepares reports pertaining to
entitlements in line with Staff Rules and Regulations concerning travel
entitlements, currency of payment of emoluments and rental subsidy;
- Monitors issues on conditions of service of
staff and advises the supervisor of any developments.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
is required.
- Additional training in Certification of HR and
SAP (Systems Applications Products) and (Enterprise Resource Planning) ERP
courses is highly desirable.
Work Experience
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in
information technology, information management, human resources
management, administration or related area is required.
- The minimum years of relevant experience is
reduced by two years for candidates who possess a first level University
degree.
- Experience with self-service analytics and data
visualization applications (MS PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau or similar) is
desirable. ERP (Enterprise resource planning) or SAP (Systems Applications
and Products) data reporting experience is desirable. A minimum of three
(3) years of experience developing HR dashboards is desirable.
