Duty Station: Migori Field Office
Reports to: Project Coordinator with a dotted line to the Finance Officer
Contract Duration: 11 months (renewable based on performance and funding)
Level of Effort: 100% (Full-time)
Role Overview
The Field
Assistant will provide logistical, administrative,
and technical support to ensure smooth delivery of project activities within
the Innovation Hub and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and maintenance of the Field
Office and ICT Hub equipment and training materials.
- Maintain attendance, asset, and financial
records for field operations.
- Support capture of visuals, videos and pictures
during program activities
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders in the
Field Office.
- Perform any other duty that may be assigned by
the Project Coordinator.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Community Development, ICT,
Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in community-based
or youth projects.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Migori context and fluency in
local languages.
