The incumbent will ensure he/she admits qualified students at the college by writing admission letters to admitted students, verify student’s certificates, maintaining updated student records and numbers and ensuring timely communication to students.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Offering excellent and convincing guidance to
clients to ensure that they enroll with the College
- Advise all applicants on the admissions
requirements, transfer guidelines and career options.
- Authenticate certificates and transcripts from
accredited institutions to ascertain validity
- Following up on all inquiries made on social
media, via calls, walk-ins, emails and other channels to ensure clients
register and report to meet
the agreed target numbers. - Responding to customer’s inquiries via social
media, calls, walk-ins, emails, and other channels.
- Review and verify admission applications,
evaluate credentials, and recommend admission decisions accordingly.
- Timely communication of admission decisions to
applicants.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and
collecting and disseminating customer compliments.
- Compiling accurate inquiry and registration
reports.
- Maintaining confidentiality of organization
fiscal and personnel related information.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to
time by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or
equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.
- Served a similar position for a minimum period
of three (3) years.
Other Skills & Competencies
- Diploma in Business, PR, Communications or a
related field from an accredited or recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
preferably education set-up.
- Registration with a professional body will be an
added advantage
- Proficiency in computer applications.
