As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing support to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations including handling calls, correspondence, and visitors professionally.
  • Maintain and update office records, files, and databases for accuracy and easy retrieval.
  • Support procurement processes by preparing requisitions, tracking orders, and managing supplier communication.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics (internal & external).
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Manage petty cash, track expenses, and support finance in reconciling office expenditures.
  • Ensure office supplies and stationery are stocked and well organized.
  • Provide general support to management and other departments as required.

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive in problem-solving, and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong organizational skills are a must.
