Salary:
Kshs 70k – 80k plus comms
We are
seeking a proactive and results-driven Client
Relation to oversee and grow client
relationships across three core departments. Together with the departments
Managers, the successful candidate will serve as part of the main point of
contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth
and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing
clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Understand client needs, business objectives,
and industry challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams across
[Recruitment, Training and HR departments] to deliver seamless client
service.
- Develop account growth strategies, identify
upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue expansion.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of client
deliverables and projects.
- Prepare and present performance reports,
business reviews, and client proposals.
- Handle escalations effectively, ensuring quick
resolution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
system, tracking activities and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related
field.
- Over 5 years of proven experience in Account
Management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage
multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
with keen attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate
data into insights and action plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
