& Sales Support Assistant to support the company\’s daily office
operations, sales activities and customer engagement.
- The
successful candidate will assist with the smooth running of day-to-day
office activities, including administration, documentation, customer
communication, sales follow-ups, scheduling and coordination. The role
also provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales,
business development and the ERP/business technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Support
- Assist
the sales team with daily sales activities and coordination.
- Respond
to customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication
channels.
- Follow
up with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist
in scheduling client meetings, appointments and product demonstrations.
- Prepare
quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales documents.
- Maintain
accurate records of prospects, customers and sales activities.
- Assist
with updating the company\’s CRM and sales pipeline.
- Support
lead generation and identification of potential customers.
- Follow
up on pending enquiries, quotations and proposals.
- Conduct
basic market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide
general support to the sales team in achieving its objectives.
Daily
Office Operations & Administration
- Assist
with the smooth running of daily office operations.
- Receive
and direct visitors and handle general enquiries professionally.
- Manage
incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and phone calls.
- Maintain
office records, files and documentation.
- Coordinate
meetings, appointments and internal schedules.
- Monitor
routine office requirements and communicate any needs to management.
- Assist
with preparing reports, documents and presentations.
- Support
the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure
the office remains organised and professional.
- Assist
in coordinating communication between management, staff, clients and
business partners.
- Follow
up on assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the required
timelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma
or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing,
Business Management, Marketing, or Commerce.
- 0–2
years of experience in administration, sales support, customer service or
a related role.
- Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good
verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic
proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong
organisational and follow-up skills.
- Good
interpersonal and customer service skills.
