Liberty Life is hiring Team Leaders – Alternative Channel skilled in sales team leadership, bancassurance, alternative distribution channels, and performance monitoring.

Summary

We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented Team Leaders to join our Alternative Channels team. Successful candidates will provide leadership to Sales Officers seconded to our strategic business partners, driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and supervise Sales Officers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Drive team performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner organizations to support business growth.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and day-to-day guidance to Sales Officers.
  • Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales and performance reports.
  • Represent Liberty Life professionally and always uphold the Company’s values

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
  • A bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience in retail life insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team sales targets.
  • Valid Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) Licence.
