The
Deputy Commission
Secretary – Organization Design and Career Management supports the development of
organizational structures and career progression frameworks within the public
service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating development and review of organizational structures
within public institutions
- Supporting implementation of career management and progression
frameworks
- Advising ministries and state departments on organization design and
workforce planning
- Monitoring implementation of public service organizational reforms
- Supporting institutional capacity development initiatives
- Coordinating workforce planning and job evaluation processes
- Reviewing organizational design proposals from government
institutions
- Preparing reports on organizational development and career
management initiatives
