The
Deputy Commission
Secretary – Corporate Services provides
strategic leadership in overseeing administrative and corporate services within
the Commission. The role supports operational efficiency through effective
coordination of corporate support functions including administration, finance,
human resources, and institutional operations.
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic leadership in the management of corporate
services within the Commission
- Coordinating administrative, financial, and operational functions
across departments
- Supporting implementation of institutional policies and operational
procedures
- Advising senior management on corporate governance and
administrative matters
- Coordinating development and implementation of corporate service
strategies
- Monitoring performance of corporate service departments and
operational units
- Supporting institutional planning, budgeting, and resource
allocation processes
- Ensuring compliance with public service regulations and
administrative policies
