The
Deputy Commission
Secretary – Human Capital Management supports
the strategic management of human resources within the public service.
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Providing leadership in human capital management strategies within
the public service
- Supporting implementation of recruitment and talent management
frameworks
- Coordinating staff development and performance management
initiatives
- Monitoring compliance with human resource policies and public
service guidelines
- Supporting implementation of employee engagement and staff welfare
programs
- Coordinating workforce planning initiatives across government
institutions
- Advising public institutions on human resource management practices
- Preparing reports on human capital management initiatives
