The Deputy Commission Secretary – Human Capital Management supports the strategic management of human resources within the public service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership in human capital management strategies within the public service
  • Supporting implementation of recruitment and talent management frameworks
  • Coordinating staff development and performance management initiatives
  • Monitoring compliance with human resource policies and public service guidelines

  • Supporting implementation of employee engagement and staff welfare programs
  • Coordinating workforce planning initiatives across government institutions
  • Advising public institutions on human resource management practices
  • Preparing reports on human capital management initiatives
