Duties and Responsibilities
- File shelving, arrangement and basic sorting of documents.
- Assisting in mail handling and dispatch.
- Labeling and organizing files.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of registry.
- Delivering files to offices as required.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
- Certificate in records management, archives, library studies
or related field.
- KCSE Mean grade C- or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in registry work will be an added advantage.
