Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous
transportation for guests, staff, and company visitors.
- Run operational errands including procurement,
deliveries, collections, and official documentation.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and
well-maintained at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil,
water, tires, brakes) and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logbooks for trips, mileage,
fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company
policies, and hospitality service standards.
- Assist guests with luggage and offer a
professional, customer-focused experience.
- Support other departments with logistics and
transport needs during peak operations or special events.
- Ensure vehicle licensing, insurance, and
compliance documents are valid and up to date.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in
all interactions.
Requirements:
- Valid Kenyan driving license with appropriate
class for the assigned vehicle(s).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic
violations.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar
role, preferably in a hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to
identify minor vehicle faults.
- Flexible, punctual, reliable and hardworking
team player.
- Good planning skills and the ability to show
initiative and positive attitude.
- Well-groomed, presentable appearance and
professional conduct.
