Company Driver Job in Kenya - Superior Homes

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests, staff, and company visitors.
  • Run operational errands including procurement, deliveries, collections, and official documentation.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes) and report mechanical issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks for trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing
  • Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company policies, and hospitality service standards.
  • Assist guests with luggage and offer a professional, customer-focused experience.
  • Support other departments with logistics and transport needs during peak operations or special events.
  • Ensure vehicle licensing, insurance, and compliance documents are valid and up to date.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:


  • Valid Kenyan driving license with appropriate class for the assigned vehicle(s).
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify minor vehicle faults.
  • Flexible, punctual, reliable and hardworking team player.
  • Good planning skills and the ability to show initiative and positive attitude.
  • Well-groomed, presentable appearance and professional conduct.
