Our

support accurate and timely data management.
The Data Clerk will be responsible
for managing, processing, and maintaining accurate records within the
organization’s databases. The role ensures that all data is handled efficiently
and securely to support operational and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in
the company’s database systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of
information before data entry.
- Generate reports and summaries from database
systems as required by management.
- Assist in data reconciliation and ensure
consistency across multiple sources.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical
records.
- Identify and report data discrepancies, errors,
or anomalies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies
and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications and
Skills:
- Minimum of a Certificate in IT, Business
Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data entry
role is required.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work,
or database management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of
accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with
integrity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work
effectively in a team.
