Sales Person Job in Kenya - SASAdoctor

A great opportunity has opened up for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Person to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Engage and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Present, promote, and demonstrate products/services to potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, reporting).
  • Good understanding of the company’s products/services or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Job Details

  • Monthly Retainer: KES 15,000
  • Commission: 10% on the value of new business generated
  • Compensation is designed to provide stable earnings while rewarding strong performance.

Contract Terms

  • Initial 3-month contract, renewable based on performance and company needs.
  • This period allows both the company and the salesperson to assess alignment and long-term fit.

Performance Expectation

The salesperson is expected to actively bring in new business, with commissions directly tied to the value of clients and sales secured.
