Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new
sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Engage and maintain
strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and
offering suitable solutions.
- Present, promote, and
demonstrate products/services to potential and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and
prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in
sales or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication
and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and
maintain professional customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset
with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Basic computer skills
(CRM tools, email, reporting).
- Good understanding of the
company’s products/services or willingness to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated,
proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Job Details
- Monthly Retainer: KES 15,000
- Commission: 10% on the value of
new business generated
- Compensation is designed
to provide stable earnings while rewarding strong performance.
Contract Terms
- Initial 3-month contract,
renewable based on performance and company needs.
- This period allows both
the company and the salesperson to assess alignment and long-term fit.
Performance Expectation
The
salesperson is expected to actively bring in new business, with commissions
directly tied to the value of clients and sales secured.
