Boma Inn Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Receptionist to join our Front Office team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’
experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality
industry
- Diploma or Certificate in
Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, Tourism, Customer
Service, or a related field
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer
service skills and professional presentation Ability to work flexible
shifts, including weekends and public holidaysBoma Inn
- Computer literacy;
experience with hotel management systems will be an added advantage
