Key
Outputs/Deliverables
- Accurate and timely entry of quotations and
sales orders in iScala
- Generation of correct picking lists, invoices,
and delivery documentation
- Up-to-date and accurate customer and product
information in the system
- Clear communication with sales, warehouse, and
finance teams
- Proper document control and audit trail of all
processed orders
- HubSpot CRM and iScala order linkage maintained
and updated
Academic and professional Qualifications and experience required
- Diploma or Certificate in Business
Administration, Procurement, or related field
- Basic accounting or ERP systems training is an
advantage.
Experience
Required
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales
administration, data entry, or order processing
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., iScala) and
CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is an added advantage
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or
logistics environment preferred.
