Patient Interaction & Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and
walk-in queries from patients and families.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient
appointments, tests, and procedures.
- Provide information on hospital/clinic services,
doctors’ availability, and treatment processes.
- Assist patients in completing registration,
admission, discharge, and documentation.
Service Coordination
- Coordinate with departments such as nursing,
pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, and billing to ensure seamless patient
flow.
- Follow up on pending reports, prescriptions,
authorizations, and medical records.
- Support insurance processing, TPA coordination,
and pre-authorization requests (if applicable).
Issue
Resolution
- Address patient complaints and service-related
concerns promptly and professionally.
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the
supervisor or relevant department.
- Ensure patient satisfaction through timely
follow-ups and service recovery.
