About The Role
The Sales
Administrator will provide administrative and
operational support to the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth execution
of real estate transactions and client engagements. The role involves managing
sales documentation, coordinating property listings, maintaining client
databases, tracking leads, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports
and marketing materials. The position requires a detail-oriented individual
with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of liaising
effectively with clients, agents, and other departments to support the
company’s sales and investment objectives.

What You Will Do
- Dispatching documents delivered in the office to
relevant departments.
- Compiling and Reporting on daily sales, weekly
sales, monthly sales and various reports to the management
- Customer service – providing information and
support to the clients related with their statements, sale agreements,
transfer and various transactions
- Doing allocations and bookings of various
projects and updating them on the Google drive every day
- Coordinate department activities like meetings,
schedules, obtain use of rooms and set up the rooms and equipment to be
used
- Receiving cheques, invoices, receipts and other
letters
- Requesting for sales agreements from the legal
officer and sharing them with the agents
Qualifications
- Bachelor%u2019s degree/Diploma in Business
Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 1%u20133 years%u2019 experience in
sales administration, real estate operations, or customer service within a
real estate or investment environment.
- Experience in sales coordination, property
documentation, or database management is an added advantage.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and
confidentiality in handling client and transaction data.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work
effectively under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client relationship
management abilities.
