Location: Kilifi County, Kenya (Ganze, Kilifi North, Malindi, Rabai & Kaloleni Sub-counties)
Duration: Short-Term Consultancy (November 2025 – January 2026)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Field Coordinator
who will oversee planning and coordination of all field activities during
research and evaluation assignments. They will supervise data collection teams,
ensure data quality, and facilitate engagement with local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and contextualize data collection tools.
 - Coordinate field logistics and enumerator training.
 - Supervise data collection and ensure adherence to protocols.
 - Conduct regular data quality checks and provide feedback to
     teams.
 - Serve as the liaison between field teams, local authorities,
     and the lead consultant.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Sociology,
     Development Studies, or related field.
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in field coordination and data
     collection management.
 - Proficiency in digital data collection tools (ODK,
     KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO).
 - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Experience working in rural and multicultural environments.
