Position Overview

JENGE Village is seeking a highly experienced Expert Administration Advisor/Expert to provide strategic guidance, specialized expertise, and high-level support on complex administrative challenges. This on-call position requires a detailed, seasoned professional with at least ten years of experience who can deliver expert advice and back-stopping when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation on complex administrative challenges and strategic initiatives.
  • Advise on best practices for executive-level administration and organizational systems.
  • Offer specialized guidance on sophisticated projects requiring advanced expertise.
  • Support crisis management and time-sensitive situations requiring senior intervention.
  • Review and approve critical documents, processes, and strategic communications.
  • Provide thought leadership on administrative excellence and innovation.
  • Advise on technology solutions and digital transformation for administrative functions.
  • Mentor Senior Associates on advanced techniques and professional development.

  • Conduct specialized training sessions on complex administrative topics.
  • Provide strategic input on service delivery models and client engagement approaches.
  • Assist with high-stakes situations requiring diplomacy and senior-level judgment.
  • Advise on compliance, risk management, and governance matters related to administration.
  • Support business development by providing insights on service enhancement.
  • Serve as an escalation point for exceptional circumstances requiring expert intervention.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of senior-level administration, executive support, or operations management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic administration and organizational excellence.
  • Proven track record of advising senior executives or multiple organizations.
  • Expert knowledge of administrative technologies, systems, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
