Admin & Sales Support Officer Job in Kenya - Vista MC

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love supporting a high-performing team? Join us as an Admin & Sales Support Officer and be the backbone of our Design & Solutions and Business Development teams!

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and reports.
  • Handle client and social media enquiries professionally.
  • Support tender preparation, filing, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with general admin: scheduling meetings, printing layouts, and maintaining files.

You Are:


  • Efficient, proactive, and detail-focused.
  • Skilled in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator, team player, and client-friendly.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, or related field + 2–4 years’ relevant experience.
