Social Media Administrator Job in Kenya - Wafi Investment

Type: Full-Time (Monday – Saturday)

We are seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager with strong graphic design skills to lead our digital marketing efforts and strengthen our online brand presence.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute digital strategies that enhance Wafi’s online visibility, strengthen engagement, and generate qualified leads. This role combines social media management, digital strategy, advertising, analytics, and creative design to ensure consistent brand representation and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Design and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) aligned with Wafi’s luxury brand.
  • Create compelling captions, campaigns, and stories tailored to real estate audiences.
  • Monitor trends in social media, real estate marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Plan, schedule, and optimize content using management tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance with actionable insights.
  • Support property launches, open days, and marketing promotions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and messages.
  • Manage online ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads) for visibility and lead generation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly and quarterly social media strategies.
  • Build content calendars aligned with project launches.
  • Plan lead-generation funnels and coordinate with sales teams.
  • Create themed campaigns (launches, testimonials, progress updates, education).

Performance & Analytics

  • Track insights from Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
  • Adjust content and campaigns based on data and engagement trends.

Paid Ads Mastery

  • Create advanced ad sets across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Target and retarget real estate buyers and investors.
  • Run retargeting and lookalike campaigns.
  • Split-test creatives and optimize ad copy.
  • Improve landing pages and lead forms for higher conversions.
  • Graphic Design & Creative Production a. Brand Identity Consistency
  • Maintain cohesive visual identity across all content.
  • Apply typography, color psychology, and luxury branding principles. Develop branded templates and creative assets.
    • Motion Graphics & Video
  • Create high-quality reels, animations, and video edits.
  • Produce 3D mockups, logo reveals, and property walkthroughs.
    • Photography & Videography
  • Capture and edit professional real estate photos/videos.
  • Use drones and gimbals effectively for premium visual quality.
    • Systems & Content Operations
  • Develop a weekly content calendar and approval workflow. Maintain organized content storage (Google Drive project date).

Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Monitor top developers (e.g., Emaar, Damac, Binghatti) and local competitors.
  • Track global and local property marketing trends.
  • Research audience behavior to improve content positioning.

Tools Knowledge

  • Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro, CapCut
  • Ads & Social Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics
  • Other: Basic SEO (YouTube & website optimization)

Soft Skills

  • Strong storytelling that connects emotionally with audiences.
  • Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting. Ø Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable to trends.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or related field.
  • The ideal candidate must have 4–5 years of proven experience in social media management and design, with a strong background in real estate marketing.
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in real estate marketing.
  • Strong portfolio of past work (to be submitted with the application).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Pro.
  • Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of Nairobi’s real estate market.
