Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting technical support via email
     and phone
- Resolve tickets, identify root causes, and
     document interactions
- Support monthly and annual accounting closes
- Manage bank relationships, payments, transfers,
     and reconciliations
- Audit records, prepare financial reports, and
     process adjustments
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to
     ensure accounting accuracy
- Propose improvements to workflows, systems, and
     documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in Public Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or
     application support
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and
     CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in high-volume environments:
     eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, or similar
- Fluent English (B2 or higher) for international
     client support
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and
     excellent communication
