Support Accountant Job in Kenya - Solvo Global

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting technical support via email and phone
  • Resolve tickets, identify root causes, and document interactions
  • Support monthly and annual accounting closes
  • Manage bank relationships, payments, transfers, and reconciliations
  • Audit records, prepare financial reports, and process adjustments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accounting accuracy
  • Propose improvements to workflows, systems, and documentation

Requirements:


  • Degree in Public Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or application support
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in high-volume environments: eCommerce, retail, manufacturing, or similar
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher) for international client support
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication
