Our client, an on-demand Courier Service that delivers products ordered through their mobile app seeks to recruit Long Tail Accounts Field Agent
About the Role:
Your
main responsibility will be visiting restaurant partners to help them improve
performance, boost engagement, and strengthen their relationship with our
Client. You’ll focus on operational excellence while reactivating and
supporting disengaged partners to grow their sales and activity on the
platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct regular field visits to restaurant
partners to educate and support them on operational best practices.
- Visit disengaged or underperforming partners to
identify challenges, improve sales, and drive re-engagement.
- Monitor and address key performance issues such
as low uptime, order cancellations, or poor menu quality.
- Represent Our client professionally with every
visit, acting as the key point of contact for partner.
- Gather feedbackfrom partners and share
insightswith internal teams to improve tools, processes, and
communication.
- Track andreport on visitoutcomes, partner
performance, and engagement trends.
- Support ongoing initiatives and campaigns aimed
at improving long-tail partner health and satisfaction.
What
We’re Looking for:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable spending most of the time in the
field meeting restaurant partners.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Basic data and reporting ability (Google Sheets,
Excel).
- Experience in field sales,account management, or
restaurant operations is an advantage.
