Executive Assistant Job in Kenya - Hass Petroleum

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and ensure the efficient management of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries, logistics, and meeting arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Record minutes and track action points for executive and board meetings.
  • Support the coordination of corporate events and board engagements.
  • Maintain office records, filing systems, and confidential information.

Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar executive or administrative support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
