Enumerators Jobs in Kenya - IRES

Overview:

The Enumerators will support IRES research and evaluation activities through high-quality data collection in the field, ensuring ethical engagement and accurate recording of information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in training and pre-testing of research tools.
  • Conduct household surveys, KIIs, and FGDs using digital tools.
  • Ensure informed consent and confidentiality.
  • Report daily progress and challenges to the field supervisor.
  • Support community mobilization and stakeholder engagement as required.

Qualifications:


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or Public Health.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field data collection for development projects.
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili; local language skills an advantage.
  • Competence in using mobile data collection devices and applications.
