Responsible for coordinating procurement activities, reviewing supply chain requests, conducting market surveys, managing procurement documents, supporting supplier prequalification, participating in procurement planning, and monitoring inventory and asset control. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a related field. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
- Be a
Kenyan Citizen;
- Served
for a period of three (3) years in Supply Chain Management or in a
comparable and relevant position;
- Bachelors
Degree in any of the following disciplines: – Supply Chain Management and
Logistics, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Procurement and Supplies
Management, Procurement, Commerce (Supplies Management Option) Business
Administration (Supplies Management option) or an equivalent qualification
from a recognized Institution;
- Proficiency
in e-Government Procurement and IFMIS;
- Membership
with relevant professional body and in good standing.
