- Operating office equipment’s and ensuring their
security
- Ensuring security of office equipment’s,
documents and records
- Attending to visitors/clients
- Handling telephone calls and appointments
- Keeping up to date filling system in the office
- Undertaking any other administrative duty that
may be assigned
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: –
- Business Education Single and Group Certificates
from Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) in the following subjects;
–
- Type writing II (minimum 40 p.m.)/computerized
document processing
- Business English II/Communications I
- Office Practice II
- Secretarial Duties II
- Commerce II
