Job Description:
Specific
duties and responsibilities for post: –
- Assisting in managing the front office;
- Preparing & maintaining of records filing;
- Data entry, documents preparation;
- Preparing & serving office refreshments;
- Delivering mails & packages;
- Filing of documents;
- Ensuring safe custody of invoices, receipts
& other records;
- Maintaining office cleanliness;
- Handling office visitors;
- Handling incoming & outgoing
correspondences;
- Running office errands;
- Providing support to other employees
Job Specifications:
For
appointment, the applicant must:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience working as an
office assistant
- Have KCSE (Mean grade D Plain) or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
(Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Have valid certificate of good conduct/police
clearance certificate;
- Fluent in both English and Kiswahili languages
- Be a Garissa County resident
