Requirements:
A
minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in a front desk or receptionist position
within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is preferred. (Preferably male)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera or similar).
Ability to multitask, remain composed under pressure, and manage time
effectively.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a qualification in Hospitality Management is
advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations – Warmly welcome guests and
manage arrivals, departures, reservations, and room assignments using PMS;
handle guest document- ation and resolve inquiries and complaints
promptly.
- Communication -Respond to all guest inquiries
via phone, email, and in-per- son; coordinate with relevant departments to
ensure service efficiency and accurate information flow.
- Administration – Oversee billing processes,
handle payments, issue receipts or refunds, and perform end-of-shift
reconciliations and audit reporting.
- Collaboration -Work closely with internal teams
to ensure seamless daily operations and contribute to overall service
excellence.
