Job description:
Our
client, a cleaning and fumigation company seeks to recruit an Administrator who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day
office administration activities. The Job holder will provide seamless
administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office.
Responsibilities
- General Office Administration: Handling
correspondence, managing files, and performing other administrative tasks.
- Managing system for scheduling tasks for
washroom hygiene.
- Scheduling and Dispatch: Managing the schedules
of cleaning staff, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient route
planning.
- Client Communication: Handling inquiries,
providing quotes, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive client
relationships.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of
client information, service schedules, and billing details.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of cleaning
supplies and equipment.
- Supervision: In some cases, overseeing cleaning
staff and ensuring quality control.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in business administration, office
management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in an
administrative role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management
company, is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently while
maintaining quality of work and delivering results within established
timeline.
- Proficient in written and oral communications
with ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, time management and
problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of
applications—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
