Job Overview:
We’re
looking for a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our
financial operations. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring
financial stability, delivering insights that support key business decisions,
and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and
financial models. Analyze performance trends and provide actionable
insights to leadership.
Budgeting
& Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling
forecasts. Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget alignment
and control.
Financial
Reporting
- Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L,
balance sheet, cash flow) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Deliver regular financial updates to management and stakeholders.
Accounting
Operations
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general
ledger, and payroll operations. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and best
practices across accounting processes.
Cash
Flow & Risk Management
- Manage daily cash flow, develop forecasts, and
identify financial risks. Implement strategies to maintain liquidity and
mitigate risk.
Compliance
& Controls
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and
internal controls. Stay current with evolving financial laws and
standards.
External
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with auditors, tax advisors, bankers, and
other external partners to support organizational financial integrity.
Team
Leadership
- Lead and mentor finance team members. Foster a
high-performing, collaborative culture.
Strategic
Financial Support
- Provide high-level financial insight to support
strategic decisions, investment evaluations, and business opportunities.
Process
& Systems Improvement
- Continuously improve financial systems and
processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What
We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,
Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Proven experience in finance and accounting with
increasing responsibility
- Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and financial
regulations
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data
analysis
- Tech-savvy with experience in Excel and
ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Xero)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability
to simplify complex financial info
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- High ethical standards and professionalism
