Responsibilities
- Address Customer Inquiries: Handle customer
inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
- Assist Customers: Support customers with orders,
shipping, product details, and returns.
- Quality-Based Responses: Provide thoughtful,
high-quality responses that reflect our service standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or
Shopify is a plus
