Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Independently develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Generate and close new business leads across target markets, including individuals, businesses, and communities.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, with a strong focus on closing large B2B deals.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear progress toward targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and refine sales approaches accordingly.

Customer Engagement


  • Establish and manage strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Present Powwater’s water delivery solutions with clarity and value, highlighting our commitment to sustainability and community impact.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align messaging, campaigns, and delivery strategies.
  • Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager with updates on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at relevant events, community activations, and industry functions.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in B2B sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and consistently close sales.

Skills and Competencies

  • Self-starter with strong initiative and drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.

Tools and Technology

  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Zoho.
  • Comfortable with digital communication and productivity tools.
