About The Role
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for all the overall
commercial relationship with assigned tier of customers. The successful
candidate will manage relationships with the customers, developing existing and
recruiting new customers, across all Kerry end use target markets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible
for all sales efforts as Key Account Manager to assigned customers.
- Manage
key customer relationships that deliver growth targets in revenue, volume
and margin.
- Prioritization
and development of strategic accounts, growing Kerry share of business in
all priority accounts.
- Collaborate
effectively with internal support functions to deliver timely propositions
and solutions to customers.
- Provide
effective leadership for initiatives and projects linked to assigned
customers.
- Develop
and execute strategic plan to optimize the use of all Kerry technologies.
Complete commercial agreements with customers in compliance with Kerry
guidelines.
- Participate
in the development, implementation and achievement of annual budgets.
Monitor any variances and work closely with Finance and Sales support
functions to deliver
- Help
operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in commerce or food science
- Strong
technical background
- FMCG
experience preferred, having worked in the food Industry▪ Analytical
