Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and talented graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme within the Business Development team. This programme is designed to provide fresh graduates with structured training, hands-on experience, and mentorship to kick-start a rewarding career in healthcare business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, and tenders.
  • Participate in client meetings and relationship management activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of business development activities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support the team.
