Responsibilities
- Interacts with
customers over the telephone or face to face. Inputs and corrects customer
orders and subscriptions through various computer software packages.
- Learns to find
their own errors and correct with instruction.
- Trains on the
different computer software packages, follows policies & procedures,
expands knowledge of Distribution product line, handles customers on the
telephone and face to face, deals with all types of orders and
subscriptions, helps answer customer questions and problems, deals with
customer personalities (ie. Unsatisfied and disappointed customers).
- Works on
completing Customer Service Rep 2 requirements skills (current copy
attached).
- Increases speed
and accuracy in all areas where training has been received.
Qualifications
- Must be worthy
to hold a current temple recommend
- Completed
Customer Service Rep 1 training and four (4) years clerical experience.
- High School
degree or equivalent.
- Ten Key skills.
Basic math skills
- Good customer
service skills.
- Good telephone
skills.
- Familiarity
with computer equipment.
- Ability to work
under direct supervision and follow standard procedures and written
instruction to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Ability to
communicate properly with colleagues, priesthood leaders and managers in
both English and French.
