Duties and responsibilities
- Recruit new
customers by demonstrating our new stove and fuel product in group
settings
- Help customers
understand their monthly spending on cooking energy and demonstrate how
our product saves them money
- Train new
customers how to use the stove in their home, giving them tips so they
better enjoy the cooking experience
- Develop
excellent long term customer relationships through superior customer
service and follow-up to both new and existing customers
- Prioritize all
customers by responding to their questions in a friendly and professional
way that makes them feel valued
- Record all
customer sales and interactions in the company’s database
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A diploma
also accepted
- Proven
experience in sales, preferably in a subscription-based or renewable
energy industry.
