Amanbo is seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our vibrant and fast-growing team. This is a key role for a motivated and results-driven professional who can identify and target potential clients, including wholesalers, business owners, and key opinion leaders interested in importing from China. The successful candidate will focus on attracting new clients, winning new accounts, and maximizing profitability. They will manage prospects through every stage of the sales cycle—identifying leads, educating prospects, and converting them into loyal, long-term customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify,
target, and engage potential clients such as wholesalers, business owners,
and key opinion leaders who are interested in importing from China.
- Establish and
nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring
long-term partnerships.
- Conduct client
meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase Amanbo’s
value.
- Achieve and
exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue
growth.
- Stay informed
about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities
to maintain a competitive edge.
- Effectively
communicate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions
accordingly.
- Demonstrate
expertise in credit/loan sales to assist clients with financing options
where applicable.
Requirements:
- A degree or
diploma in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
- In-depth
knowledge of importing from China and the ability to guide clients through
the import process.
- 2-5 years of
experience in B2B wholesale operations, including a proven network of
wholesalers and importers specializing in Chinese imports.
- Strong
understanding of the Nairobi region’s geography, market trends, and key
businesses.
- A proven track
record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and performance
benchmarks.
- At least one
year of hands-on field sales experience.
- Exceptional
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build and maintain
client relationships.
- Self-motivated,
with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
