Key Responsibilities:
- Perform
examinations, diagnose illnesses, and administer treatments for dogs,
cats, and other pets.
- Conduct
surgeries, vaccinations, and preventive care.
- Respond
to medical emergencies.
- Oversee
and develop the inventory of medical supplies, medicines, and
prescriptions, ensuring quality, availability, and compliance with
regulatory standards.
- Provide
pet owners with health and nutrition guidance.
- Maintain
accurate medical records and ensure compliance with Kenya Veterinary Board
(KVB) standards.
- Collaborate
with the team to promote pet wellness programs and community outreach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor
of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) from a recognized institution.
- Registered
and licensed by the Kenya Veterinary Board (KVB).
- Age;
Minimum 22yrs, maximum 36yrs
- Strong
diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.
- Passion
for animal welfare and customer service.
- Strong
cumputer literacy
- Driving
skills & valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
