Job Purpose
- We are looking for passionate and ardent Sales Executives who
can thrive in a hypergrowth business environment. The incumbent will act
as the key link between the company and Modern trade and General Trade
clients within their assigned region with a goal to create awareness of
Shalina Healthcare consumer products and maximize sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Generation of sales leads and delivery of the regional set
targets
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions,
and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Drive and influence on product listing across different
supermarket and cosmetic chains
- Supervision of the regional team and work as a lead in product
activation
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or
promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products,
prices, and availability.
Qualifications and requirements
- Degree or diploma in sales and marketing or in a relevant
field
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a sales
representative in beauty or cosmetic industry
- Familiar with the market trends,
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
in sales.
