Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Hotel
Boulevard, you will play an important role in driving our business growth and
expanding our market presence within the hospitality industry. You will be
responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic
partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve revenue targets and
enhance the company’s brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and following up on potential clients,
partnerships, and opportunities for business expansion.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to
achieve sales targets and objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with
key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
Researching organizations and individuals online
especially on social media platforms to identify new leads and potential new
markets.
Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports,
and analyses to senior management.
Preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with prospective clients.
Monitoring industry trends and market developments to
identify potential areas for expansion or diversification
Creating a venue referral system – through building
links and relationships with venues in the area set up and initiate a referral
system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business
Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Sales and or
Marketing in a hospitality industry particularly hardcore sale of accommodation
to NGO, Local Government bodies , Corporates , Individuals etc .
Hands on experience to bring the business of
Conferences for Hotels will be added advantage.
Proven track record of success in business
development and or sales management within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics,
industry trends, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence
decision-makers.
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a
passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
