SAP Business Analyst
Reporting to the Information
Technology (IT) Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the
following functions:
- Assessing business needs through business process analysis,
collaboration and observation.
- Driving innovation by developing truly efficient customer
centric business processes.
- Integrating SAP (S/4 HANA) software programs to enhance
targeted business processes.
- Evaluating SAP infrastructure, capabilities and making cost
effective improvements.
- Customizing existing programs and adding new programs to a
single SAP integrated platform.
- Configuring SAP solutions to ensure smooth system
integration, enhanced functionalities and user friendly interfaces.
- Designing, developing and implementing business processes and
solutions using SAP.
- Providing SAP end user training and support.
- Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress reports.
- Keeping abreast with industry regulations and SAP updates,
developments and offerings.
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science
or related field.
- KCSE Mean Grade B..
- SAP certification preferably MM/SD and FICO.
- Five years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
