Business Systems Coordinator
Reporting to the Information
Technology (IT) Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the
following functions:
- Deploying, administering, configuring, customizing,
integrating and maintaining business systems, such as DMS, CRM, ERR HRMS
and other software applications.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining all hardware and
software components.
- Implementing and maintaining appropriate IT security
measures.
- Monitoring and resolving all IT issues related to performance
and connectivity.
- User account management in line with company policies and
procedures.
- Training and providing technical support to end users.
- Maintaining inventory of all IT hardware and software
components.
- Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures,
including data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information
technology, or related field.
- KCSE Mean Grade B+.
- Five years' experience in business systems and IT
administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business systems such as DMS, CRM, ERP,
HRMS and other software applications and their configuration and
customization.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and routing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and
Exchange Server.
- Experience in cloud computing, virtualization and storage
technologies.
- Certifications in relevant technologies such as CompTIA,
Network+, Security+ or
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE are an added advantage.
